Your custom art jewelry will be shipped within one (1) to three (3) days of payment confirmation. If an item is no longer available, due to a previous sale, you will be notified within one business day by email. Options for ordering a similar item will be included in this email notice and an alternative time frame will be suggested.

Custom/commission orders are usually delivered between three to six weeks of order depending on material availability and design considerations. A firm estimate of delivery will be discussed at time of order.

All jewelry is shipped UPS and requires customer signature on delivery. Fancy Findings will send you an email with the tracking number so that you will know the exact delivery date. Your order will be received within 3 business days of shipping. This is the safest and most secure form of transit for jewelry and gemstones. If you are not available to accept delivery UPS will leave a notice allowing you to have the package redelivered or to pick it up at your local UPS office.
